One of the highlights of my career that I can mention is the period I spent at Acco Tilibra Ltda. I worked for 2 years in the Marketing department, located within the main factory. There, I learned and adapted to the entire production network and processes, receiving almost immediate feedback from other departments and realizing the organicity and integration of a factory’s operation. In our team, I learned about teamwork, efficiency in delivery, and organizational methodologies such as 5S.

Regarding the technical aspect, conducting reference research, along with departments responsible for communication with clients, drafting briefings, meetings with creative managers/directors, training sessions, courses, and marketing-related activities, made a significant difference in my training. Subsequently, I worked for another 4 years in similar positions and companies.
